- Ethical Considerations: If we determine that we cannot work with you without violating our ethics policy (we don’t serve gambling establishments, adult entertainment, etc.), we will provide a full refund.
Revisions and Adjustments
- We offer three complimentary revisions on all one-time deliverables to ensure they meet your expectations and align with your goals.
- Additional revisions may be available at an hourly rate, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases where we’re unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services or if there’s gross negligence on our part, we may consider a partial or full refund. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
